During 2022, our partners in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf worked with the Caspar-David-Fridrich-School to prome healthy nutrition with school kids by testing out the novel concept of becoming an 'eatable' school. The concept involved turning some of the schoolyard into a fruit and vegetable garden and developing a cookbook with green recipes using the produce grown at school.
The students created all the featured recipes, and every child received a printed copy before Christmas. The book is also available online. You can see the nice work here.
