One and a half years after its launch, Cities Changing Diabetes Asahi has brought together stakeholders to share the findings of their research and communicate their plans and activities to a broad and influential audience at an event at the Royal Danish Embassy in Tokyo.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate and promote the
private-public sector partnership and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Asahi city stakeholders, including Chiba University Hospital, Local
Medical Association and Asahi General Hospital, came together in the
national capital and reaffirmed their commitment to preventing
diabetes and driving change for a healthier population.
The Royal Danish Embassy in Tokyo was a key supportive facilitator and
network enabler to the event. Thanks to all involved for the
initiative and continued support. Good luck with the next phases!
